Depending on the project, this is where the exploratory work begins! It will likely include site surveys, feasibility studies, planning drawings and if required, skillfully designed planning applications to gain quick approval.

Once approved, each stage of the project, whether it be a re-design to find hidden work space; a barn conversion; a new build design; extensions/alterations, is carefully managed every step of the way until completion and your full satisfaction.
