This extension project in Clipston, Northamptonshire, began in June 2025 and is set for completion by the end of the year. The 1970s detached home is being extended and modernised to create more living space and enhance its kerb appeal, providing a fresh, contemporary look for a growing family.

Re-modelling a house to create more living space

This 1980s home in Countesthorpe, Leicestershire, was redesigned to create more usable living space and enhance its overall appearance. The project began in September 2024 and was completed in January 2025, delivering a modern and practical layout tailored to the needs of family life.

A new build farm house to provide a family home

This new-build family home was designed for a working farm in Peatling Parva, Leicestershire, and completed in early 2025. Set within an agricultural holding with a restricted footprint, the design makes the most of the available space while providing a comfortable, contemporary home that fits naturally into its rural surroundings.  

A proposed re-development of a car repair workshop to create 14 apartments

Located in the heart of Hinckley, Leicestershire, this ongoing project involves the proposed conversion of a former car repair workshop into 14 contemporary apartments. Currently being submitted for planning permission, the scheme aims to deliver high-quality homes for rent or sale, contributing to the town’s ongoing regeneration

A contemporary new build home in Bunny, Nottinghamshire

Completed in 2021, this contemporary new-build home in the village of Bunny, Nottinghamshire, was designed for a returning client seeking a sustainable and modern family home. The design combines clean, contemporary architecture with energy-efficient features, creating a comfortable, future-proof space tailored to modern requirements.

Working closely with the conservation officer, we ensured every detail respected the property’s original charm while creating a home fit for modern living.

Converting a barn and outside buildings into a character family home

Located in Sutton in the Elms, Leicestershire, this former barn with adjoining stables and cattle stores was converted in 2015 into a characterful family home. The design made full use of the original outbuildings’ footprint, transforming the agricultural structures into comfortable, distinctive living spaces while retaining their rural charm.

In the Leicestershire village of Husbands Bosworth, this project involved converting a range of existing equine stables and outbuildings into a comfortable family home with full living accommodation. New stables were also constructed in a nearby paddock, allowing the clients to enjoy modern family living while keeping their equestrian lifestyle on site.
